Why are all my serves going into the net?? (3 fixes)
Are you having problems with your tennis serve and it seems like all your servers just keep going into the net. No matter what you try. In this video I'm going to give you three tips on how to stop serving your ball into the net. And I'm going to give you tips, three practical tips to help you stay away from the net. The first step is very important. And many players underestimate the power of this, the left arm just comes down way too soon. So without realizing it. They're pulling the left arm down, too early. And what that does is it pulls your head down, and then the racket head also gets pulled down. So then the ball has to come down. It's so important to keep your left arm up long enough, and only just before contact you can start bringing down your left arm. Tip number two is, and it ties into the first step. As your left arm goes up you need to put weight onto your back leg, both your legs need to drop down especially your back leg. While your left arm is up. This in turn helps you to jump up and through the ball and also helps you to hit up. If your left arm is up, and your back leg is down, it's a lot easier to hit up on the ball, it's naturally going to go up. Then the third tip. Very very important as well. Look at all the pros especially Roger Federer when he serves. You must feel like you floating up in the air after the contact point, you keep your head up, and you try and float in the air. After you serve. This will help you to stay up it will help you to stay balanced, and it will help you not to pull down your head. So serve up and keep your head up, feel like you're floating up in the air. Do these three tips and your tennis serve will not go into the net anymore. #onlinetennis #tennisserve #tennisservelesson
