REM: Special train ride aboard a Deux-Montagnes test train from Brossard Station 🚉

Here is a unique ride aboard a REM train that empties passengers out at Central Station but continues to Deux-Montagnes Station. In this video, we ride from Brossard Station in the South Shore of Montreal to Central Station in the downtown core of Montreal. Once at Central Station, we get off of the train but the train itself continues north towards the Mount Royal Tunnel and eventually to Deux-Montagnes. This is part of the next phase of testing as we get closer to the Deux-Montagnes branch opening in November of this year, 2025. As I mentioned, this ride was interesting because of the fact that the train seemed to be going faster than usual and there was no random acceleration and deacceleration happening.
