When the Holy Spirit comes upon you all that matters to you will go. The Baptism of the Holy Spirit The Holy Spirit gives Gives the power to be a witness of Jesus Christ. The baptism in the Holy Spirit gives the believer the understanding of the scriptures and also guide you into truth. The inner grieving requires inner healing, the Holy Spirit lives inside you. The Holy guides the believer to make the right decisions in life. The Holy Spirit gives the believer what to speak when you pray. Romans 5:5;Acts 2:39; John 7:38;Acts 1:8 He enables the believer to produces the fruits of the Spirit in them Everyone who is born again can receive the Holy Spirit. Two ways to receive the Holy spirit 1.Acts 2:2-4; by the sovereignty of God. Acts 10:44-46, The Holy Spirit gives tongues to speak. 2. By laying of hands Believers who receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit speak in tongues. Acts 19:6; He who speaks in tongues doesn't speak to men but speaks to God. Praying in tongues is praying in mysteries. Praying in tongues is a language understood by God only. Praying in tongues builds yourself up. It cleanses your mind and your heart. Praying in tongues is praying in the wisdom of God. When you pray in tongues God positions Angels before you. A Pentecostal believer must be dry. -Desire to be filled with the Holy Spirit and fire, the Holy Ghost and power. Our God us a God of fire. The devil is afraid of believers who carry power and fire. Characteristics of Fire Fire purifies Fire is destructive in its nature. destroys the spirit of depression/jealousy/moodiness Fire can spread, fire can leap. You must a flaming fire as a believer. The fire of God changes how you pray.
