Does Changing Tubes/ Valves In A Guitar Amp Really Make A Difference?

In this video, I wanted to see if changing the Valve or Tubes in your guitar amp really makes that much of a difference. Recently I was shopping online for some tubes for my Matchless Independence 35 as Ive been told that changing the Valves from the standard factory-fitted JJ Tubes to Electro Harmonix made a massive difference. In this video, we find out if this is true or just Guitar amp cork sniffing. The Studio Rats are core band members Paul Drew on guitar/production/mixing, drummer James Ivey and Dan Hawkins on bass.
