Ancient oak chair from the 1600s! Pet chewed, 400 years old, restoration and repair

The Cottack Workshop was asked to repair and restore this Jacobean style wainscot chair, referred to in the family that owns it as the 'Yorkshire' chair. If it is Jacobean it dates back to the early 1600's. We do a bit of detective work to try and put a date on it and I ask the YouTube community for help at this halfway stage.
