I do not look disabled. I do not look sick. Therefore, I can't be, right? In our society, people often debate questions like what makes someone disabled and what do disabled people look like. That can lead to people questioning themselves and others: "Are you disabled enough?" In today's video, I'm explaining what does invisible disability mean and what it is like to have an invisible disability. Because of the stereotype society has of disabled people, I've often asked myself "Do I really have a disability?" However, just because you can't see my disability does not make it stop existing. I have an invisible disability (actually, I have multiple). I'm disabled but I don't look like it, and that is okay. It doesn’t make me any less disabled.
