ഊണിനു സാമ്പാറും മോരും കൂട്ടി മടുത്തോ എങ്കിൽ ഈ " പച്ചക്കറി" ഒന്ന് നോക്കൂ|Muringakka Curry

Muringakka - 3 or 4 Onion- 1 small Small onion- 3-4 chopped Tomato - 1 medium Scrapped coconut - 1.5 handful Kashmiri chilly powder 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon Cumin seeds 1/4 teaspoon Mustard seeds- 1/2 teaspoon Curry leaves - 1 sprig Salt - to taste Coconut oil - as required In a manchatti add drumstick pieces, tomato, onion, green chilly along with turmeric powder, salt and required water. Grind coconut and cumin seeds to a smooth paste adding required water. Let it cook for 10mmts on medium flame. Remove the lid, add ground coconut to this and mix well. Do not let the curry to boil. Switch off the flame now. Heat oil in a pan. Splutter mustard seeds and saute curry leaves. Season this in curry. Music: Uppumanga theme music, copyright reserved.
