This is my slow, simple life living alone in my 50s in the Greek countryside, on a small budget — and today I finally made myself a garden sanctuary. After almost two years in a Greek cottage, I turned the empty space between my French doors into a peaceful little seating area for slow living, built mostly from repurposed and upcycled pieces.
