Speed Freaks PS1 Pre-Beta build - Full Playthrough

A new Pre-Beta build for the PS1 game Speed Freaks was just discovered! A lot of new changes between this build, the alpha, and the release build! The boss races and characters seem to be inaccessible in this build, but we now can see the track names. Neon City was Hope City, and Skate Park used to be Speed Dome.
