MTA New York City Bus : New Flyer Articulated Bus 1016, Then & Now....

These videos were taken within a year, and it's pretty crazy to think about. I wish I had videos of the original, not renumbered 1016. The videos of D60HF 1016 were taken in December of 2016, it was practically on its last days, as this bus retired a month or so after. These buses were powered by a Detroit Diesel Series 50 DDEC engine with an Allison B500R6. The videos of XN60 1016 were taken last Wednesday, this is the newest bus to enter passenger service, with many more to come. These will be mostly in The Bronx & Brooklyn. These buses are powered by a Cummins ISL-G NZ engine with a ZF Ecolife 6AP1700B transmission. I hope you guys enjoyed the video.
