Loop antennas are great for their low noise and efficient operation. But Vertical Delta Loops often get a bad rap because they can be hard to deploy. For this year's ARRL Field Day, I build a 20 meter vertical delta loop antenna along with a 2.5:1 balun for the feed point. Will this homebrew antenna punch through the Field Day noise on the bands?
