Prayer, Christ, and the Holy Spirit—Adult Religious Education with Michael Haldas

In this lesson, Michael Haldas frames prayer as communication oriented toward union rather than outcomes, and emphasizes the role of the Holy Spirit as a person, not a thing. We talk about our prayers, how we experience the voice of God, and what stops us from making that connection (especially desire for control, impatience, shame, and unforgiveness).
