The 2025 World Expo started as a DISASTER, and almost every day new stories are coming out about things going wrong (flying car broke and fell out of sky, swarms of bugs landing in the park, cashless system malfunctions, fountain blowing salt water over pavilions) but I went to check it out myself and apart from the number of people its actually really cool!
