We took it to the hospital the day after we rescued it and reported it to the police and the health center, but... We couldn't find its owner. Maybe it's lost...or maybe it showed up out of nowhere and was abandoned... For now, we're glad it was rescued. Due to our crazy nature, we cannot accept complaints.
