Chinese Revolution in Malayalam | China and Taiwan | One Nation Two Systems | ROC Vs PRC | alexplain Chinese revolution made China a republic from the 2000 years of rules of Kings of different dynasties. Dr. Sun Yat Sen lead the Chinese revolution in 1911 which ended the Qing dynasty's rule. China became the Republic of China (ROC). But Chiang Kai Shek became an autocrat and started acting against the Chinese Communist Party under Mao Zedong. The Communist Party under Mao arranged the long march and strengthened the party in China. After the second world war, the Chinese Civil War started and the Kuomintang government retreated to Taiwan and Communist Party under Mao established the People's Republic of China (PRC). KMT government continued its rule from Taiwan. Till today, Taiwan is ruled as the Republic of China. This video discusses the formation of Two Chinas and discusses the difference between ROC and PRC or China and Taiwan. This video also discusses the One Nation Two Systems model followed by China in Hong Kong and Macau.
