Canadian Alliance to End Homelessness was honored to have Grand Chief Arlen Dumas of the Assembly of Manitoba Chiefs keynoting at this year's event in Winnipeg. The National Conference on Ending Homelessness in Canada arms policymakers, funders, researchers, advocates, community leaders and front-line workers with the inspiration, information, tools and training they need to end homelessness. End Homelessness Winnipeg partnered with National CAEH to bring this year's national conference to Winnipeg on October 25 to 27. CAEH 17 conference integrated a special focus on Indigenous homelessness, Truth & Reconciliation, and Social Justice with dedicated sessions, featured content throughout the program, some terrific keynote speakers as well as art, cultural, and Ceremonial opportunities.
