REACHING MY LIMITS Motorbike Adventure in Australia’s Victorian High Country

The Victorian High Country has definitely been on my bucket list to ride for a long time, with its incredible landscapes and picturesque mountains, I knew it was something we had to experience ourselves. So while we were heading South we decided to visit Bright in the High Country and I can say without a doubt it truly met and exceeded all expectations. But although I loved every moment it wasn’t without some challenges. Our first ride in the High Country was meant to be an easy ride exploring the area and visiting Mt Beauty, as we had a big ride planned for the next day. But by now I should’ve known that getting lost is always inevitable with us. After arriving in Bright we decided to go for easy ride to explore the area as we had a big ride planned for the next day. But by now I should’ve known that getting lost is always inevitable with us. We ended up taking an unplanned short cut on a trail called Tawonga Gap Track that would lead us deep into the mountains where the trails suddenly turned into extremely steep rocky climbs and descents. We unknowingly ended up climbing to 1190m elevation and before we knew it we were in too far to turn back. Although I was very intimated we had no other choice but to try and make it back home.
