Here's what we get up to at Regional Training sessions these days. At selected sites we not only do weapon or archery training, we get to play some skirmish games, to put some of what we do into practise. The main purpose here is to have fun. New skirmish rules have been written and are being tweaked as we gain more experience. It is even more fun than it looks here. My word, archery becomes effective when you are flat shooting. If you haven't tried a regional session with skirmishes make sure you don't miss the ones in the off season. Check out the mSS website and forums for details.
