Chris uses these same arm exercises with his pro baseball players at the Strength Camp Gym in St. Petersburg FL. He focuses on loosening up the shoulder and pec as well as balancing everything. He also focuses on strengthening the shoulder, especially the external rotation, the back side of the shoulder. Lastly, he wants to maintain mobility in the thoracic region to protect the arm by being able to move well through the throwing motion.
