Lecture 2 | Linear Motion (1 Dimensional Motion)

He emphasizes the differences between distance and displacement and also between average velocity and average speed. He then proves the equations of motion using both the simple algebraic method and the method of calculus. He then describes how to represent motion with graphs sighting illustrations and examples for position-time graphs, distance-time graphs, displacement-time graphs, speed-time graphs, velocity-time graphs, and acceleration-time graphs.
