The Rustic Stunning Abandoned Dalton Farm House Forgotten In Virginia for Decades *Built in 1888
This stunning old farm house was built in the late 1800’s for a modest agrarian family supposed to have been distant relatives of the infamous dalton gang but I couldn’t find much info to back it up. The family grew tobacco and raised livestock and had moderate success raising a large family inside. The exterior features two chimneys on both ends of the house and a steep gable in the center, as well as a large porch out front. Sometime in the 1970-1980’s a copper roof was placed on the house with plans of fixing it up while living in a mobile home out back. Unfortunately the plans never came to fruition and the owners passed away. Now the house sits patiently waiting for another life, still a beautiful and striking old place. Thanks for watching
