Community First® Developer Program: Building the Next Generation of Affordable Housing Developers

Strong partnerships and skilled developers are essential to expanding affordable housing opportunities. Through the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago's Community First® Developer Program, member institutions provide grant funding to help nonprofit, for-profit and quasi-governmental organizations train and support aspiring affordable housing developers across Illinois and Wisconsin.
