The Stooges - Fun House - UNBELIEVABLY AWESOME Rhino High Fidelity vinyl & Reel to Reel

Recent news for tape fans has been awesome. Following last year's incredible news of two classic album releases on the new Rhino High Fidelity Reel to Reel series: 1:1 copies of the original analogue master tapes we were treated to a follow up with the recently released gem: The Grateful Dead's Workingman's Dead. So, Workingman's Dead signalled that the Rhino HiFi Reel to Reel series was not just a one off (or two off) but a continuing series, but how long would we be waiting for the next release? The truth is: less than one month! Yes, almost immediately after the 'Dead' release Rhino announced the next in the series: The Stooges ground-breaking 1970 classic Fun House. Without hesitation I ordered my copies, of both the tape and vinyl releases which are both, quite frankly ridiculously great value for what you get. Both are superbly presented, as close to the original master as you could get and sound utterly amazing. These releases have truly blown my mind! The Rhino tapes are duplicated in real-time from a flat 1:1 copy of the original master tape.. The Rhino High Fidelity vinyl release is a pure AAA Kevin Gray 'cut from the original tape'.
