Beyond Good and Evil “In the house of pain, we were chained together searching for our truth, beyond good and evil…” Nietzsche An ephemeral ice on yet another aesthetic length of the rope on the legendary “Beyond Good and Evil”. Мany lines alike have already been or eventually will be erased from the faces of the Mont Blanc massif by its majesty, Global warming. Тhat‘s partly the reason I felt attracted to this world of ice that will soon decay. It's one of the few climbs that I did out of love to the movement. Anyway, alpinism should be danced out of love rather than hunger. Unlike the arrogance and self-importance of other high achievers, this route somehow vibrates the purity of its writers. For me, just a mere repeater amongst many, a reader of it, seems more than ever that the mentioned self-importance will never pierce the veil of what is beyond good and evil. In other words the conceptual thinking and acting of men.
