As she enters the new decade of her life, Nicole is spending a whopping $20,000 on plastic procedures to ensure she looks her absolute best on the big day. A week before her birthday, Nicole went under the knife and had her breasts done for the fourth time. Today, Nicole and her best friend Mala are getting some last-minute fillers before they head out for her extravagant birthday dinner. Despite being criticised by her loved ones for her surgery addiction, she admits that it's been helping her cope with recently losing her boyfriend of three years, Demetrius. "When I go through my stuff, I feel like that's how I cope with it. I go get tattoos, I go get piercings, but mostly I go get surgery," Nicole says. "I know he's with me and I know he wants me to do good. I'm just trying to be strong because it's hard. It's really hard."
