04-12 Ford Escape Clunking Noise When Turning - Lower Ball Joint Replacement
Today we have a 2012 Ford Escape that has some suspension issues. Among them are ball joints and outer tie rod ends. We walk you though the replacement procedure for both sides. This repair will require some special tools: either a press or a ball joint press for sure, and a few optional tools in the form of a steering knuckle separator and control arm hook tool. All in all, it's slightly more difficult than it should be, but it's not too bad. This process should be the same on 2004 Ford Escape, 2005 Ford Escape, 2006 Ford Escape, 2007 Ford Escape , 2008 Ford Escape, 2009 Ford Escape, 2010 Ford Escape, 2011 Ford Escape, and 2012 Ford Escape as well as Mercury Mariner and Lincoln MKC
