Thanks John for the years of support June 24 at 7:25 PM Liberty was waterlogged and was pushed to shore by a concerned kayaker. Lady in the kayak that pushed her to the shore! Hog Capitol Wildlife Rescue and Rehab rescued her, Our exam found her to be 12 lbs, but she's pretty soaked, so we’re estimating 11lbs. Can't find any obvious injuries, and she’s in full molt. Lots of new feathers coming in! For now, we’ll let her dry out and see if maybe she got waterlogged from being in the river current.
