CHIMPANZEE vs NEANDERTHAL-Who Would Win in a Fight?

Subscribe:    / creaturechallenge   Who would win in a fight between a Chimpanzee and a Neanderthal? Watch to the end to find out :) It's a VERY interesting video!!! Chimpanzee: Chimpanzees are no doubt one of the most famous animals on Earth. They are considered one of the smartest animals, and are known to be rather manic and aggressive. Chimpanzees live in the rainforests and woodlands of central Africa. Even though they are mainly herbivorous, they sometimes, but rarely, eat and hunt monkeys. A gorilla's and chimpanzee's habitat sometimes overlap, so they do encounter each other from time to time. Data suggests that Chimpanzees usually drive away gorilla troops due to their number of members and sheer aggression. The average wild male chimpanzee weighs anywhere between 88-132 lbs, and stands just under 5 feet tall. Chimpanzees are no doubt pretty powerful for their size, but their strength is very overrated and hyped up in the animal community. According to recent research, their muscles are about 1.35 times stronger than that of the average human of the SAME size. Their muscle composition is around 67% fast-twitch muscle fibers. Just for reference, that's about the same ratio as a professional fighter. When chimpanzees fight, they tend to swing their arms aimlessly and like to leap at their opponents. However, they are very much pack animals. When chimpanzees fight their rivals or predators, they tend to fight in groups rather than one-on-one. Neanderthal: These prehistoric humans were amazing, to say the least. They lived during the Ice Age, along with our direct descendants, and interbred with some of them. The average male Neanderthal stood about 5.6 feet tall and weighed around 170 lbs according to recent research. Neanderthals were a lot more robust pound-for-pound compared to the average human. They had wider ribs, a larger pelvis, and shorter limbs. They were likely stronger than the average human as well. An adult male Neanderthal was likely pretty battle-hardened. They had to constantly hunt food for survival, and defend their tribe from dangerous predators like bears and wolves. So one thing to consider is that Neanderthals knew how to dispatch animals, and were habituated to wild, aggressive animals. So, seeing a chimpanzee might not scare them. However, chimpanzees do bring sheer aggression with them in fights. So anyways, how would a neanderthal fight a chimp? Well, he would try to keep in at a range with his longer and more dexterous arms. But, the chimp has raw ferocity on its side. It’s gonna close that distance fast and jump on him. And if the chimp decides to rush in, because believe me, it’s only a matter of time, that’s when the fight would get interesting. So, who would win between these two? Well, watch to the end to see the verdict! #animals #fight #wildlife #chimpanzee
