Payment for Ecosystem Services (PES) Framework Training | Training Video

How can governments better recognise the true value of nature when making public investment decisions? This video captures the Payment for Ecosystem Services (PES) Framework training delivered by Oxford Policy Management (OPM) under the Climate Resilient Resource Management and Water Security Programme – Catalytic Fund (CF-WRAP), funded by the UK's Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO). The training brought together officials from the Government of Punjab to strengthen their capacity to identify, assess and integrate ecosystem services into development planning, budgeting and public investment processes. The Punjab PES Framework provides a practical, evidence-based approach for valuing natural assets such as forests, watersheds, wetlands, rangelands and urban green spaces, helping government institutions make more informed and climate-resilient decisions.
