How to crochet a rainbow keyring.

For the rainbow keyrings: Materials: DMC Petra 3, 2.5mm crochet hook. 1 x ball each in: 5321 (red), 5608 (orange), 5742 (yellow), 5907 (green), 53845 (blue), 53805 (indigo), 53608 (violet) Keyring chains. Yarn needle. Method: Round 1: In Violet make a Magic Ring and work 6 dc into the ring. Work the last yarn over in Indigo. Round 2: In Indigo (inc in each st) x6. Work the last yarn over in Blue. 12 sts. Round 3: In Blue (1dc, inc) x 6. Work the last yarn over in Green. 18 sts. Round 4: In Green (1dc in each of the next 2 sts, inc) x 6. Work the last yarn over in Yellow. 24 sts. Round 5: In Yellow (inc, 1dc in each of the next 3 sts) x 6. Work the last yarn over in Orange. 30 sts. Round 6: In Orange (1dc in each of the next 4 sts, inc) x 6. Sl st back to beginning to join. 36 sts. Finish off. Tie off all ends on the back. Stitch in the last orange yarn tail. Fold the circle in half. Using red sl st back in at the right-hand side of the semi-circle base. 1 dc in the same st. 1 dc in each st around the semi-circle, all the way around to the left-hand side.
