Charles Taylor, one of the world’s leading scholars of these topics, will lecture on the connection between meditation and faith in modern society. A practicing meditator in the Roman Catholic tradition, Taylor will begin the evening’s event with a short meditation. Fr. Laurence Freeman, O.S.B. will moderate a discussion after the formal lecture.
