💥Cómo reemplazar el cable del cambio trasero de una bicicleta de marchas de MTB: paso a paso 💥

In this video, we'll learn how to change the cable on your rear derailleur. For this, you will need: A 4 or 5 mm Allen wrench or Torx wrench (depending on the brand) Cable cutters Steps: 1. Shift to the smallest cog to be able to work on the derailleur system correctly. 2. Cut off the end of the old cable and loosen the screw that holds the cable in place. 3. Pull the cable while holding the housing; if the cable is broken or frayed, remove that piece of the old cable to avoid damaging the housing. 4. On the end of the cable closest to the shifter: remove the shifter cap (with the shifter in the smallest cog position), then remove the spring. This will allow you to pull the cable out completely. 5. Once the old cable is out, take the new cable and insert it through the shifter (in the same position as the old one). 6. Replace the spring on the shifter lever and you can close it again. 7. Insert the new cable through the housing. 8. Pass the cable through the derailleur and tighten the Allen key. 9. Cut off the excess cable. Test that the shifting works correctly and attach the cable end. We hope you found this helpful.
