I got into yonsei university – my application journey for grad school (vlog)

For the past years, I’ve been dreaming and manifesting my admission into Yonsei University. It was a vision I held onto even when everything felt impossible. I filmed this video during one of the most emotionally intense weeks of my life: the week I submitted my application… and then waited for two months. 🎓 And today, I can finally say… I got accepted to Yonsei Graduate School of International Studies. But the truth is: it wasn’t always hopeful. I had doubts, anxiety, and so many moments where I almost gave up. I was afraid I wasn’t good enough, and I even sabotaged myself at times. But something in me knew I’d regret it if I didn’t give it everything I had. So I did. I chose to believe in my dream, and in myself. I didn’t expect my application journey to take this long. I could’ve just shown you the simple parts ; preparing documents, submitting everything, and calling it a day. But that wouldn’t be the full story. I wanted to share the real struggles too, like how I postponed my application multiple times because I was too scared to click “submit.” Or how I rewrote my personal statement five times because I kept doubting myself. There were moments when I wanted to give up completely, when nothing seemed to be working out, and I felt completely alone in it all. It wasn’t easy. But it was still worth it. 💭 If you’re watching this and you have a dream (any dream!), I hope this reminds you that nothing is out of reach. Take the step. Even if it’s scary. Even if it’s hard. Take breaks if you need to, but don’t give up. Everything is possible, you just have to believe in it… and in yourself.
