The glitch is successful when the race info stays on the screen. Then go get a fast race car. Restart the race 4 times as shown, then complete the race. Then hold down R1 to exit the glitch. You should have an extra $130k! per hour you earn $1,500,000-1,700,000 and 19,250,000-22,000,000 RP or 14-16 Base Shipments. Probably the best way to grind now in Payback. 👍
