I picked out places that looked promising with my finger on the map, and we set off to discover them for ourselves. The beautiful San River Valley, waterfalls straight from Croatia. To keep things on track, we spent the night in a beautiful Bieszczady cottage with an incredible atmosphere. And the final touch was a burrito from a cast-iron pot, or steaks in a beautiful setting.
