5 Things You Need To Sound Like Mike Stern
Of course, to sound like Mike Stern you have to be Mike Stern. I believe 'sound is in your fingers' and besides that you would need his vocabulary to sound like him. However... you can get close to replicating his setup if you follow these 5 things. And in my experience, you will more easily gravitate towards his playing style if you have this sound. Although this is great fun and a good learning experience, there is one downside to it: Mike's sound is so unique, that the minute you use it, people will say you're trying to copy him. http://www.stevenfaber.nl
