Tipiti fase 1 - cabeza
In this video series, we'll see how to make a Tipiti. This piece of basketry is linked to the use of bitter cassava. A juicer, the tipiti, presses out the hydrocyanic acid, yare, and leaves the grated cassava paste, cassava, ready to be toasted and eaten. I'm attaching a link to an article by Abel Fernando Martínez Martin that explains the origins of this juicer and its use. https://eldiariodesalud.com/catedra/y... Enjoy your meal ;)
