Time your dismount off the rope to score points. You get two chances. Player with the most points, wins. If you're having trouble landing on the 100 point zone, try to let go when you see your character between 40 and 60 point zone on the left. Remember, the response time varies from TV/monitor to TV/monitor. So this will take some trail and error to master this. CPU's are on Master difficulty.
