Join our co-founder Finn Harries for a tour inside the House of Harvest at Juntos Farm. This new 600 sqm building is a game-changer for our farm and our partners across the Balearics when it comes to supporting local, regenerative farming. With a distribution hub, transformation kitchens, a farm shop and a tasting room, the building is designed to process fresh food and transform it's value as quickly as possible. It's also packed with environmental design features from a mixture of natural materials that insulate the building to a rooftop solar system that offsets more than 1/3 of our energy needs.
