Green Valley Educational Institute today witnessed a landmark occasion with the inauguration of Ahmad Hall, the newly constructed state-of-the-art auditorium, alongside the grand opening ceremony of the Green Valley Model United Nations (GVMUN) 2025. The ceremony was graced by Mr. Tanveer Sadiq, MLA, who served as the Chief Guest on the occasion. He was joined by Mr. G.N. Var, President of the Private Schools Association of Jammu & Kashmir, as the Guest of Honour, along with dignitaries including Mr. G.M. Lone, Chairman, Birla open minds international school. Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Tanveer Sadiq expressed his joy at being part of this historic moment, praising Green Valley for establishing such a remarkable infrastructure in the downtown area of Srinagar. He described Ahmad Hall as a symbol of vision and progress, adding that institutions like Green Valley set an example for others to follow. Ahmad Hall has been dedicated to the memory of Late Mr. Ghulam Ahmed Wani, father of the Chairman of Green Valley Educational Institute, Mr. Mohammed Yusuf Wani. Mr. Wani extended his heartfelt congratulations to the organizing team of GVMUN 2025, applauding their efforts in providing a meaningful platform for students to debate, deliberate, and discover leadership.
