Culpables - Capítulo 6 - Parte 1

Culpables In 2001, following the success of its predecessors, Verdad Segunda Consecuencia (Truth in Consequence) and Vulnerables (Vulnerable), El Trece launched Culpables. The presence of Juan José Campanella and Fernando Castets in the books made it a prestigious unit with a strong following among audiences and critics, achieving very good ratings and winning numerous awards, including the Martín Fierro de Oro. Daniel Barone, along with the actors, recreated this group of friends who meet weekly around a well-set table to tell each other everything that's happening to them, their anguish, and their worries, straightforwardly and to their faces. Aníbal (Alfredo Casero) owns a renowned restaurant and is married to Daniela (Gabriela Toscano). Both are going through a critical period as a couple, which they will try to overcome. Adriana and Claudio (Soledad Villamil and Diego Peretti) are a couple; his unemployment, family pressure, and financial pressure will affect and change them. Perla (Susú Pecoraro) is recently separated and has been abused and beaten for years. She finds the strength to start over when she meets Willy (Fernán Mirás), a young music producer who falls in love with her despite the age difference. Her daughter, Sofía (Florencia Bertotti), is a lesbian and is in a relationship with Romina (Gloria Carrá). And then there's Chechu (Mercedes Morán), recently separated, a passionate woman by nature in constant search of love that never comes. Highlights: -She received five Martín Fierro Awards, including the Gold Award for Best Production in 2001. -Alfredo Casero and Nazareno (Casero) acted together and also played father and son. -"Costumbres Argentinas" by Andrés Calamaro was the musical theme that could be considered an anthem for the men and women of the generation to which the characters belong.
