The food in Peru is world-renowned for being some of the best cuisine in the world, so we made it our mission to try the top ten Peruvian dishes traditional to Peru during our visit. Of course, this Peru food tour included trying guinea pig for the first time, which was quite an experience. It also included other traditional Peruvian dishes like ceviche, lomo saltado, aji da gallina, anticuchos, rocoto relleno, picarones, chifa, a traditional almuerzo, and of course, the most famous Peruvian drink: Pisco sour. In this video we are going to share with you our thoughts on each of these classic Peruvian dishes and give them each a rating out of five llamas!
