Deputy President William Ruto has been stopped from travelling to Uganda. Ruto’s spokesperson David Mugonyi has confirmed to Ktn News that the DP was kept waiting for three hours as immigration officers informed him that the ministry of interior had ordered he first gets clearance from the head of public service and secretary to the cabinet, forcing Ruto to cancel his visit.
