왜 개통해도 개통한 것 같지 않을까?

The Seohae Line once thrilled us with the promise of traveling from Hongseong, South Chungcheong Province, to Yeouido, Seoul, in under an hour. However, this rosy dream was soon shattered, and recently, it's been torturing us with the hope that we can travel from Hongseong to Yeouido (though I'm not sure about that?), or even to Yongsan, Seoul, in just 48 minutes.
