Receita de Sucesso - Brigadeiro de Caipirinha

🍋 Caipirinha Fudge 📝 Dough • 395g sweetened condensed milk • 200g UHT heavy cream • 100g chopped white chocolate • 20g unsalted butter • Zest of 2 limes 🍋 • 20ml lime juice • 60ml artisanal cachaça 🥃 👩‍🍳 Preparation 1. In a medium saucepan, combine the sweetened condensed milk, butter, and heavy cream. 2. Mix well and cook over medium heat, stirring with a spatula for approximately 5 minutes, until it begins to boil. 3. Without turning off the heat, add the chopped white chocolate and stir until the mixture begins to pull away from the bottom of the pan. 4. Turn off the heat, add the lime juice and cachaça. 5. Return the pan to the heat, stirring until it reaches the brigadeiro consistency again. Turn off the heat and add the lemon zest. 6. Transfer the mixture to a glass bowl, cover with plastic wrap in contact with the surface, and let cool. 7. Once cool, grease your hands with butter, shape the brigadeiros, and roll them in white sprinkles or granulated sugar mixed with lemon zest. 8. Place the brigadeiros in paper cups lined with clear cellophane mats. 🍈 Lemon Fudge for Filling and Decoration 📝 Ingredients • 200g sweetened condensed milk • 100g UHT heavy cream • 20g unsalted butter • 1 drop of lime-green gel food coloring 💚 • Zest of 2 limes 🍋 👩‍🍳 Preparation 1. In a saucepan, combine the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and butter. 2. Mix well and cook over medium heat, stirring until you obtain a creamy fudge. 3. Turn off the heat, add the food coloring, mix well, and finish with the lime zest. 4.
