3 Days Family Beach Camping & Surf Fishing on the Texas Coast in Our Homemade Camper Trailer

Join our family for a fun 3-day beach camping adventure on the Texas Coast in Port Aransas! We loaded up our homemade camper trailer and headed to the surf for some relaxing fishing, beach time, and quality family memories. In this video: Setting up our DIY camper right on the beach Testing our new ghost shrimp pump — it worked amazingly well! Surf fishing in the wind — we caught whiting, catfish, piggy perch, ladyfish, and plenty of other small fish perfect for the kids to practice with Dad lands a Personal Best Red Drum on the first day! Trying out our new medium-sized butane stove (super convenient for camper cooking) Windy conditions made it challenging after day one, but we still made great family memories It wasn’t trophy fishing, but it was the perfect beginner-friendly trip full of laughs, learning, and quality time together.
