This was a short but lovely family evening in Bulawayo. We went to Mozambik Restaurant as a surprise birthday celebration for one of my family members, and I was really happy to see that there were quite a few vegan options on the menu. Finding vegan-friendly food while eating out in Zimbabwe is not always guaranteed, so this was such a nice surprise. After dinner, we drove through Bulawayo at night and the city still had so much life. There were vendors outside, people moving around, lights on the streets, and that familiar Bulawayo evening atmosphere that makes the city feel so alive.
