I have a fun and new (to me at least, it has been done for decades in europe) technique to share! this is great for a thicker hair texture with lots of grey. many women (and men) struggle with what to do when they go grey and want to maintain some sort of bright, soft tones to their hair rather than a dull look. so this is a neat compromise as well as a faster technique than traditional foiling.
