Tennis Serve Lesson: How To FIND Your Contact Point Key Takeaways: Coaches and club pros keep saying “reach up” on serve contact, but how do you actually do this? We hear so many coaches say hit at 1 o’clock but when you see high performance players play today, they actually make contact at 12 o’clock. The “slot of power” is made between the shoulder and head. We want the shoulder to be active in rotating the racket from the edge to contact. This contact is made slightly in front of your body. How to do this: A reversal with the non-dominant hand. The left hand helps propel you to the contact point with a minimal amount of effort. Make sure you are fully balanced when reaching for your contact point. This balance will help you know if you are still in control of your movement and not falling. Practice over and over and stopping at contact and look up as if a ball was there. 🎁 🆓 Click to access our FREE private tennis lesson library: https://performanceplustennis.com/?ff... _____________________________________ 👑 Become a VIP member on our Website: https://performanceplustennis.com/mem... 🎾 Serve Foundation Course(BEST SELLER): https://performanceplustennis.com/ser... 🎾 Advanced Serve Technique Course: https://performanceplustennis.com/ser... 🎾 Modern Forehand Foundation Course: https://performanceplustennis.com/for... _____________________________________ 👇 SUBSCRIBE TO OUR CHANNEL:    / @performanceplustennis   _____________________________________ 👇 Our Popular Serve Playlist:    • Every Tennis Serve NEEDS This At Any Level   _____________________________________ #PerformancePlusTennis #JohnCraig #PPT
