Wowwee Chip Robot Dog Review

Review about the Dog and the App. Update 10/11/16: My 10 yr old opened the app, a message popped up that there is a firmware update available and she selected 'yes'. It was several days since Chip was charged. Half way through the update or either because of the low power, chip powered off. My 3 yr old was also trying to turn it back on at that time. Not sure what happened, but Chip has stopped working completely! Tried disconnecting and reconnecting the battery. No use. Update 10/20/16: Chip is a brick! Opened ticket with Wowee. No support from Wowee support.
